Order Cancellation Policy
WILDFISH CLUB understands that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy carefully.
Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 5 hours after placing your order.
After this timeframe, your order will enter the processing stage, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please note that in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–24 hours after order confirmation.

Cancellation Charges
Cancellation Before Processing
If your order is canceled before processing begins, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order leaves our facility.
In this situation, please accept the delivery and then submit a return request according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds
Eligible Cancellations
For orders canceled within the 5-hour cancellation window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days after cancellation approval.
Cancellations After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If you wish to return an order after shipment for personal reasons, you must accept the delivery and follow our return procedure.
In these cases, customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Applicable customs fees
- Import taxes or duties (if any)
Exceptions
Custom Orders
Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless required by applicable law.
Payment Processors
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds

- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition with packaging and tags included
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized items.
- Sealed hygiene or health-related products that have been opened after delivery.
- Digital content not provided on a physical medium where the customer has agreed to immediate access before the withdrawal period expires.
- Other products excluded under applicable laws and regulations.
